These terms cover your use of Louby at louby.xyz. By making an account or using Louby, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Louby.

Who can use Louby

Accounts are for adults: parents, guardians, and teachers. You must be 18 or older to make an account. Children use Louby only through an adult's account and with that adult's permission.

Your account

Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Using the workbooks

You may use Louby and print its pages for your own family or your own classroom. You may not sell, republish, or share the pages or art in bulk, or copy the app. Louby, its characters, art, narration, and workbooks belong to us.

Louby Pro

If Louby Pro is offered, it is a one-time payment made through Stripe that removes ads from your account. If something is wrong with your purchase, email us and we will make it right.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload, or get around the protections of Louby, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Louby running and correct, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update Louby and these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email if the change is important. You can stop using Louby at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
